The Operator reserves the right to require identity verification at any point, including before your first withdrawal, before processing large transactions or in response to compliance obligations. Accepted documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or Passport) and proof of address. The name and details on your account must match your verification documents exactly. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily may result in account restriction and withdrawal delay.

The Platform and all its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Payment-provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Deposits are accepted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. All account balances, transactions and monetary examples on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Where cryptocurrency payments (such as BTC or USDT) are accepted, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. The Platform is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All transactions are subject to AML screening. The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activity will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms set by the Operator and published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms, creation of multiple accounts to claim offers, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes supervised by trained dealers. RTP percentages are published per game and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning any amount wagered.
Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the Operator's current odds and market terms. The Operator reserves the right to limit, void or refuse any wager at its discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, match irregularities or suspected manipulation. Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. In the event that a game or event is cancelled, postponed or voided, settlement will follow the Operator's specific market rules for that event type.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or game fault, the Operator reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard gaming industry principle and applies to all games on this Platform.

In no event shall ya888's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ya888 does not accept liability for gambling losses. Users wager at their own risk and are responsible for their own financial decisions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfied wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the Operator's standard procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
ya888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) the User has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is identified; (c) the User provides false information during registration or KYC; (d) the account is used for money laundering or other illegal activity; or (e) the User is found to be underage or ineligible.
Upon account termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Depending on the circumstances of termination, account balances may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely where fraud or policy violations are established.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as determined by the Operator. Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable local statutes may be relevant to their individual legal circumstances.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
ya888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
